Just wanted to take a moment to let you know about the excellent assistance Corinne has provided me in the last couple of days to (a) educate me on a rare situation involving a limited partnership (I do corporations and know little about LPs) and (b) work with me and the Secretary of State to resolve it in short order......I was enlisted just a couple of days ago....to resolve this matter in a big hurry to facilitate the closing of a large loan.
