Delaware Jurisdiction Update:

On Friday, June 9, 2017, an employee recognition luncheon is planned for all employees of the Delaware SOS-Corporations Division. Services at their office will be altered this day.

• All 30 Minute and 1 Hour Filings must be submitted prior to 10:00 AM ET, and 2 Hour filings will need to be submitted prior to 9:00 AM ET.
• “Same-Day” or “Must” filings must be submitted before 11:30 AM ET.
• 24 Hour filings must be submitted prior to 12:00 PM ET.
